From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, we knew we were in for an incredible stay. The location is top-notch, with easy access to everything in this city, including the beautiful Grace Bay Resort, the boardwalk, and the nearby Graceway Gourmet grocery store. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we were impressed with the well-maintained facilities, including the pristine beaches and pools. The breakfast area was lovely, offering delicious food to start our day. The staff was exceptional, making our check-in a breeze and ensuring our every need was met.

Location: the hotel was right by the deck/restaurant for meals, the casino, and a dreamy island. When it was rainy outside we decided to visit Skull Rock Cantina, nice place to chill.

Water sports equipment in good shape. Beach location close to everything. Great breakfast. Awesome oceanfront room. Great cocktails. Highly recommended.

The spa and wellness centre was a great place to unwind, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect spot for some relaxation under the sun. My room was a nice size and newly renovated and featured absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean. The location was ideal and nice - ease of access to a sand beach.

I had the most wonderful stay at a resort in Turks & Caicos. The rooms were immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurant was great. The included breakfast was delicious and they didn't skimp on serving sizes. The beach amenities, like the lounge chairs and umbrella, were provided free of charge. I also enjoyed using the kayaks and snorkeling gear. I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in paradise.

Despite all the positives, I did have one minor issue. The spa service I received, a beach massage, was not up to par compared to other services.
